Create an Account and Save Your Login Details
Start by opening the BbsVPN account creation page. No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. The username is used to access the user panel, while the password protects your plan, subscription, and order information. Submit the form when finished. The page will either open the user panel or ask you to sign in with the details you just set.
Choose a username that is easy for you to recognize without duplicating a public nickname used on other websites. Store the password separately, and do not keep it in the same publicly shared note as the subscription link. When you switch devices later, signing in to the same account lets you access your current plan and subscription options, so you do not need a separate account for each platform.
After signing in, first confirm that Account Overview loads normally. If the browser remains on the login page, check that the username is complete and enter the password again. When copying credentials, make sure no leading or trailing spaces were included. Once the panel opens normally, continue to plan selection so later orders are linked to the current account.
If you already have an account, use the login link in the header to open the panel without creating another account.
Choose a Plan Based on Your Data Usage
In the Plans section of the user panel, decide whether a monthly subscription that resets each month or a package that lasts until used up better fits your needs. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9 per month for 60GB, ¥18 per month for 250GB, and ¥28 per month for 500GB. Data resets monthly from the activation date. If your usage is irregular, you can also choose a data package with no expiration; unused data remains available until it is consumed.
Do not compare plans by total data alone; consider how you use the service. Occasional access to international websites, text-based work, or AI Tools generally uses less data than continuous high-resolution video streaming. Multiple devices can sign in and stay online at the same time, but their usage is counted against the same account. Because the service supports unlimited devices online at once, focus on your total data needs rather than device limits.
After selecting a plan, the order page shows its name, price, and available payment methods. BbsVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Check the selected tier again before submitting payment. After payment, return to the user panel and wait for the order status to update. Once the plan takes effect, subscription details will appear in Account Overview. If the page does not change promptly, refresh Account Overview instead of submitting the same order again.
If you upgrade a monthly subscription partway through the term, the price difference is converted into remaining days. For more details about plan changes, order status, or refund coverage, see the relevant articles in the Help Center. This page covers only the main steps needed for initial setup.
Refunds after the first payment are governed by the refund policy; marketing pages consistently state a 30-day no-questions-asked refund.
Copy the Subscription Link for Your Account
Once the plan is active, open Account Overview in the user panel and find the subscription section. It provides the subscription option for the current account and a link to the client download area. Click Copy Subscription Link to place the complete address on the clipboard. Then switch to the client and paste it into the subscription import field.
A subscription link is not an ordinary webpage bookmark. It allows the client to retrieve the routes available to your account. The link usually contains parameters that identify the subscription, so keep it only on your own devices or in a password manager. Do not share the complete link in public groups, forums, screenshots, or documents accessible to others. To use it on another device, sign in to the same user panel and copy it again.
The example below is intentionally invalid and shown only to illustrate the format. It cannot connect to BbsVPN and contains no real account information:

If the subscription option has not appeared, confirm that the order is active and refresh the panel. Once finished, keep the subscription link on the clipboard and open the download area to get a client for your system.
Import the Subscription into the Right Client
The client reads the route configuration in the subscription and requests a VPN connection from the operating system. Use the download area in the BbsVPN user panel to access the clients provided here. Do not choose an installer with a similar name based only on search results. After installation, launch the client and follow the section for your platform to find the subscription import option.
Windows: Add It from Subscription or Configuration
After opening the Windows client, go to Subscription Management or Configuration. Choose Add from URL, paste the subscription link copied from Account Overview into the address field, and give it a recognizable name. Save it, click Update, and wait for the route list to load. When regions and route names appear, the import is complete and you can continue to the connection step.
If nothing changes after pasting, confirm that the address field contains the complete link, then check whether the client has permission to access the network. Do not paste the subscription address into a search box, proxy address field, or individual node editor; those locations cannot update the full subscription.
macOS: Paste the Link into Remote Configuration
Launch the macOS client and find Configuration, Subscription, or Remote Configuration in the sidebar or menu bar. Choose Add Remote Address, paste the complete subscription link, and start the download or update. When the system establishes a connection for the first time, it will ask to add a VPN configuration. Confirm it so the client can handle network traffic for the selected route.
After importing, avoid enabling other network configuration tools at the same time to prevent connection rules from overriding one another. Return to the client home screen and confirm that the route selector contains entries before choosing a region. If a system permission prompt was dismissed, review it again under the system’s network or VPN settings.
Android: Update the Configuration with a Subscription Address
In the Android client, open Configuration Management and choose Add via URL, Remote Configuration, or Subscription Address. Paste the link, save it, and tap Update. After the client parses it successfully, available routes will appear. Return to the main screen, choose a route, and confirm the VPN connection authorization prompt shown by the system.
Some systems restrict background activity, which may pause the connection after you switch apps. During the initial import, just confirm that the client can update the subscription and establish a connection. If interruptions continue, see the Help Center for background activity and connection troubleshooting instead of changing every system option at once.
iOS: Add a Remote Address in the Subscription Module
Open the iOS client and find the Subscription, Profiles, or Remote Resources section. Choose Add from URL and paste the subscription link. Save it, run an update, and wait for the route list to load. The first time you connect, the system will show a confirmation prompt to add a VPN configuration. Confirm it, then return to the client so the selected route can connect.
If the client supports both QR-code and link import, this guide recommends link import because it makes it easier to verify that the address is complete. After a successful import, you should see multiple region options rather than a block of raw text. Once the route list appears, the client is ready.
Choose a Route and Confirm the Connection
After updating the subscription, return to the client’s main screen. Choose a route based on the target service’s region: for content in Japan, start by checking Japanese routes; for services in the United States, start with US routes. The region matters more than the route name, so there is no need to study every route type during the first connection.
After choosing a route, turn on the connection switch and wait for the client status to show Connected. Then open a browser and visit the target international website. Check that the page loads normally, sign-in completes, and text and images continue loading. Opening one page does not mean every app uses the same connection rules, so verify the app you actually plan to use as well.
If the target website does not open, return to the client, switch to another route in the same region, and reload the page. If no route responds, check in order that the subscription updated successfully, system VPN permission was confirmed, and the client still shows a connected status. You can also disconnect and reconnect to clear an old network state.
Once access works normally, basic setup is complete. When adding another device, repeat the sequence—get the subscription, import it into the client, and choose a route—without purchasing the same plan again. Monthly subscription data resets each month from the activation date, while data packages remain valid until used up with no expiration. Check the current status in Account Overview.
