Account & Subscription

Registration, Subscription Access & Device Changes

Use this section to confirm the account entry point, subscription delivery, and client configuration. When updating a subscription, rely on the current status in the user panel first.

What do I need to prepare to register for BbsVPN?
No email address is required. Set a username and password to create an account. The username is used to access the user panel, while the password protects the account. After registration, store your login details securely. Use the user panel to get clients, view plans, manage subscriptions, or submit tickets.
Where can I get the subscription link?
After signing in to the user panel, find the subscription information for the current account in the account overview or subscription section. The subscription link is account configuration and should not be posted publicly or forwarded to untrusted devices. Marketing pages do not display real subscription addresses; clients and subscriptions are delivered through the user panel.
How should I update the subscription link?
Find the current subscription in the client and run an update, then wait for the route list to reload. If the update fails, return to the user panel to confirm the subscription status, copy the latest subscription information, and import it again. Remove outdated configurations before reimporting so the client does not keep selecting an old route.
Do I need to purchase again after changing devices?
No separate purchase is needed when changing devices. BbsVPN supports unlimited devices online at the same time and works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, get the client and subscription, and complete the import. Remove old configurations from devices you no longer use.
What should I do if the subscription link cannot be imported?
First confirm that the copied content is complete and has no extra spaces at either end. Then check whether the client supports importing through a subscription address. If a configuration with the same name already exists, remove the old entry and add it again. If the import still fails, submit a ticket through the user panel with the platform, client message, and checks already completed.
Connections & Troubleshooting

Connection Checks After Importing

A client showing a configuration does not mean the connection path is fully established. Check the local network, system permissions, client mode, and route status one by one.

Why can I still not connect after importing the subscription?
Update the subscription in the client and confirm that the route list appears, then switch to another available route and reconnect. Check that the system time is accurate, network permissions are granted, and the local network can access common websites. If no route connects, restart the client and import the subscription again.
Why is a particular app not using the proxy?
A common cause is that the client is using rule mode and the target app's requests do not match a rule that requires routing. Test with global mode first. If global mode works, return to the rule settings and check how the target domain and app traffic are matched. Also confirm that system network permissions are enabled and background restrictions have not paused the client.
What should I do when it shows connected but webpages will not open?
Disconnect first and confirm that the local network can open ordinary webpages, then reconnect using a different route. Close and reopen the browser, clear invalid network cache, and check the client's DNS and rule settings. If only a particular website fails, try another route in the website's region instead of repeatedly reconnecting to the same route.
Which settings should I check when the connection drops often?
Check whether the drops occur after switching wireless networks, device sleep, or moving the client between foreground and background. On mobile devices, allow the client to keep running in the background and review battery-saving limits. On desktop devices, temporarily close other tools that modify network settings. Reconnect and observe the same network environment.
What should I do when the route list does not change after a subscription update?
Confirm that the update targets the subscription currently in use, not an old configuration or local backup. Quit and reopen the client, then run the subscription update again. If the routes still do not load, retrieve the subscription information from the user panel and import it again. After importing, explicitly select the new configuration as the current one.
Speed & Routes

Choose Routes by Region and Use Case

Route performance depends on the target region, local access network, and time of day. Keeping the same route is not always best; keep other conditions as consistent as possible when comparing options.

How do I choose a more suitable route?
Choose a route based on the region where the target website or service is located, then compare routes in that region on the current network. For streaming or regional content, prefer an exit region matching the content. For general international websites, start with a geographically closer region. Performance varies by local carrier and time of day, so actual switching results matter more than route names.
What should I do about slowdowns during peak hours?
Pause bandwidth-heavy downloads, syncing, and cloud backups, then disconnect and reconnect. If the current route remains slow, switch to another route in the same region or compare a nearby region. With wireless networks, also check for signal interference. When possible, use a more stable local network to determine whether the issue comes from the route or the access environment.
How can I handle repeated buffering while watching streaming content?
Confirm that the selected route region matches the content region, then close the player and reconnect. Set playback quality to automatic first to see whether buffering is caused by bandwidth fluctuations. If only one platform is affected, clear its cache, reopen the app, and test other routes in the same region.
How can I troubleshoot an unstable connection to AI tools?
Compare the browser with the relevant app to determine whether the issue is limited to one client. Check whether rule mode assigns the related domains to the current route, then try other routes in the same region. If pages open but sessions drop frequently, also check local network changes, browser extension conflicts, and the client's background status.
What regions does BbsVPN cover?
BbsVPN covers 90+ countries and provides 200+ routes. Do not judge routes only by the total count; consider the target service region, local network environment, and current use case. For regional content, choose the target region. For everyday international access, start with a nearby region and adjust based on the connection.
Billing & Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions, Data Packages & Orders

Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different data management methods. Before purchasing or changing a plan, confirm the account status, usage cycle, and expected data needs.

Which monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on typical video viewing, file transfers, web access, and software updates rather than price alone. Each monthly subscription manages its data cycle from the activation date and supports unlimited devices online at the same time.
When does monthly subscription data reset?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, rather than clearing on the first day of each calendar month. Check the current cycle shown in the user panel when reviewing remaining data. If client statistics differ from the panel, rely on the account subscription status and data records because the client may count only the current device or configuration.
How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before upgrading, review the current plan and available options in the user panel, then decide based on remaining data and usage needs. After the upgrade, update the subscription in the client so the account status and route configuration stay aligned.
Do data packages expire?
Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Available packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with irregular usage who want to manage data by actual consumption. Monthly subscriptions reset on the activation date, so distinguish the two billing methods before purchasing.
Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?
Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, view the relevant order, and submit a ticket describing the request and order details. Confirm that you are using the account associated with the purchase so the order can be verified accurately. See the refund policy page for details.
