These terms apply to the cross-border access, international route, and network acceleration subscription services provided by BbsVPN. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using related services, users acknowledge that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If a user disagrees with any part of them, they should stop using the service. The plan page, refund policy, and privacy policy supplement these terms for their respective matters.
Service scope and applicability
BbsVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border connections, select international routes, and access international websites and online services that users are legally entitled to use. Available routes, client access points, and subscription status are based on the information shown in the user panel at the relevant time.
Route quality may be affected by the user's local network environment, carrier routing, target service policies, device configuration, and network congestion. BbsVPN may adjust route entry points, client features, and service presentation for maintenance, security, route quality, or operational reasons, but such adjustments do not constitute a fixed promise of any particular connection result.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their username, password, and subscription information and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are used abnormally, users should change their password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel with details of the situation.
An active subscription supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but may only be used by the account holder on devices they personally manage and use. Users may not sell, rent, transfer, or publicly post subscription information, share account credentials with others, or repackage and provide the service to third parties. Losses caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials, using untrusted devices, or failing to safeguard account information are the user's responsibility.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Subscription status, used traffic, and remaining benefits are determined by the records in the user panel.
Compliance requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the place where the service is actually used, and must ensure that their accessed content and network activity have a lawful basis. Users may not use the service to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, send malicious programs, abuse resources in bulk, or engage in other unlawful conduct.
Users must also follow the rules of each website, application, and content platform they access. BbsVPN provides network connectivity and route selection capabilities; it does not grant access to third-party content, accounts, payment eligibility, or regional rights. Access restrictions, account actions, or unavailable content resulting from violations of third-party rules are determined by the relevant platform under its own policies.
Service availability and liability
BbsVPN performs maintenance and adjustments according to route operations, but network services may experience temporary interruptions, speed changes, or unavailable routes due to carrier failures, equipment issues, target platform changes, public network fluctuations, maintenance operations, or other causes beyond reasonable control. Users may try switching routes, importing the subscription again, or checking their local network configuration.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BbsVPN does not guarantee continuous access to any particular website, a fixed connection speed, long-term availability of content in a specific region, or the continued use of existing rules by third-party platforms. Indirect losses arising from user devices, system settings, third-party services, violations, or events beyond reasonable control are outside the scope of this service's liability.
Account termination, refunds, and changes
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, share credentials, disrupt service operations, harm other users, bypass normal billing procedures, or engage in unlawful activity, BbsVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. Where necessary, the service may retain records related to dispute handling and the fulfillment of legal obligations.
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Eligibility, scope, and procedures are governed by the separate refund policy.
BbsVPN may revise these terms due to service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to operational rules. Updated content will be published on this page, together with a revised last-updated date. Material changes will receive reasonable notice through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised terms.
